Why is sales tax added to my order?
Gigacase charges sales tax on orders,
based on the destination of the order, in accordance
with state and local tax laws. Gigacase has a
business "presence" in each of the 48
states that we ship orders to, therefore we are
required to charge sales tax based on the tax
laws of that state.

Once an order you have
placed for delivery has been processed,
you will receive a confirmation via
email. The confirmation will contain,
your shipping address, your order
number and any other changes to your

If
the web site crashes, what happens
to my order?
If the web site crashes
while you are still placing items
in your basket, those items should
still be in your basket when you return
to the site if you are a registered
user or your browser accepts cookies.
If the web site crashes
when you are authorizing an order,
you should return to the site and
submit it again. Our Internet associates
check for duplicate orders. If we
have questions about whether or not
your order is duplicated we will contact
you by phone or email.
If you are in the store
on Gigacase.com and your order is
inturrupted, sign in again and proceed
to your order history and reprint
your order.
Why
do I need a Customer Number?
Your customer number
is a valuable piece of information
for you as a customer! It makes it
easier for you to place orders with
Gigacase - it contains your delivery
address information.
What
happened to my Credit Cards that I
had stored?
The Administrator will
be able to access all credit cards
previously saved. The Administrator
will be the only member of the account
who will be able to access, view or
edit these credit cards. For security
reasons, all other previously saved
credit cards by other members of the
group account will have to be re-entered
by the Administrator.
What happens
if there are issues with my order?
If there are any
issues with your order, you will be
contacted by a customer service representative.
